Whine.

Good people are running about the intertidals these few days at lovely pre-dawn low tides while I'm sulking at home rushing work. WHY.

It seems that everything keeps coming at me at the same bloody time -- Which, I'm sure, will lead into a lovely lull period some time in the future where there'll be almost nothing to do, and days are passed in sweet leisure, where the vital decision du jour would be "what shall I have for breakfast and which comic should I read first?".

Whatever happened to my idea of bringing the pet snail to work? I must give it a good rethink, I do have a glass tank that could look mighty fine on the desk.

Bluetooth bunny above aptly illustrates my current obsession at work. (= Idea-wow-revelation-oh-SHIT-now-what-do-I-do?!) But I wonder if anything will materialise from this, so let's see how it goes.

ps - the tablet is back!

First ever bunnycomic

I say first ever bunnycomic but it's in no reference to the comic Bunny. Actually, the frames are deliberately reminiscent of Kris' comics in cyanide&happiness. But other than that lack of originality, I am proud to present to you my first second attempt (ok, but first serious attempt) at drawing a comic! I am rather pleased with it. Drifting

You know something? If I really got down to it, I could finish the entire first 2 thirds of the thesis by now and send it in to the prof. But it's things like getting sick of fumbling foolishly with MS Word formatting, eyes getting sore with dryness, restless caffeine-bunny-energy, being mind-bogglingly BORED with the thesis and the lack of panic that during this time of semester should be motivating me to get on with my other research papers and presentations, that make me go do something stupid like sketch. And with the amount of time spent on my ass in the library or refusing to get up in the mornings, I might just end up looking like that yellow bunny.

Mr. (petit) Mort

And so, a trip to the aquarium to purchase fish food ended up in the bunny carting a new tank and another fish home. This is Mr. Mort, and I fell in love with him the moment I set eyes on him. He, gills flaring and fins fully spread, probably from agitation from my constant poking and disgusting lip-puckering in his face. But I know he's a happy fish! He gets to freak out when I let him look at Thor. He also gets to play find the worms (my little game, where he has to flip onto the leaf on the surface of the water to get to the worms :b), but Thor beats him fins down. Skinny bugger but oh, so gorgeous. Welcome Mort!

Then who is your daddy??

Happy Spring Festival

It's finally here! The solution to my flailing bank account! Happy New Year bunny lovers, I hope you like the card. Yijun says the chinese characters are correct (see, I checked first to save from embarassment). Abs had some creative input to this. And the pig is really thinking "wtf man, that's one big orange!!"

Spring Fish

I am leaving Thor for the Chinese New Year break and I just know he is going to miss me. I just hope he hangs in there (read: stays alive) for the 5, 6 days I'm gone, since I can't seem to find him a temporary friend in the hostel to look after him. (Don't you think I drew him out to look very much like an SBS Transit mascot?)

I've got this new pair of shoes of an obscure brand Speedy Rhino. I am told this aptly describes me.
Rhinoceroses are universally recognized because of their massive bodies, stumpy legs and either one or two dermal horns. In some species, these may be short or altogether not obvious.

Although not inclined to approaching humans, rhinos may exhibit bursts of aggressiveness. Fortunately for their enemies, their poor eyesight prevents them from making targeted attacks. Their sense of smell and hearing however is well developed.
From WWF

I'm not sure it's a compliment.

iProd: taking music to a whole new level

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us
In between worrying my furry bunny head off over anal beaureaucrats in a certain faculty deanery, this angst-riddled frustration has given birth to a very crude, very spanking funky piece of antisocial technology. It's hip, it's smooth, it's vulgar.

Introducing the iProd.

The ad series is so funky I'm tempted to start a line of merchandise with it :D

Humour the bunny la.
